All sales are final. Refunds for scheduled rentals will not be provided. However, we do accept re-scheduling of your rental time/date as long as it is requested and rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your originally planned rental date/time. If you do choose to reschedule let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any date change you would like.
Pick Up and Drop Off Times:
No-Show Policy: If a renter is more than 30 minutes late for any scheduled equipment pickup, they will lose their rental time without a refund, or ability to reschedule.
Late Return Policy: If a renter is 30 minutes late from the agreed upon drop off time for his/her ATV rental, UTV rental, or Jet Ski rental, the renter will be charged a late fee equivalent to 1/2 of a rental days price for that particular equipment.
Please be courteous to our other renters and be on time!
Damage Policy: Our renters are always 100% financially responsible for any and all damage to our rental equipment during their rental.
